For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida is issuing 
advisories on Hurricane Fernanda, located about 2500 miles 
east of Hilo, Hawaii. Fernanda may cross into the Central 
Pacific basin on Friday.

The National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida is issuing 
advisories on Tropical Depression Eight-E, located approximately 
1200 miles east-southeast of Hilo, Hawaii. Eight-E will move 
into the Central Pacific basin later tonight.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 7 days.
