For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

The National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida, is issuing 
advisories on Tropical Storm Linda, located around 1100 miles east 
of Hilo, Hawaii. The latest forecast indicates that Linda will 
continue to weaken as it moves into the Central Pacific Hurricane 
Center's area of responsibility later today.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 
days.
