For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

The National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida, is issuing 
advisories on Hurricane Felicia, located about 1700 miles east of 
Hilo, Hawaii. Felicia is forecast to move into the Central Pacific 
Hurricane Center area of responsibility Tuesday evening as a 
tropical storm.

The National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida, is issuing 
advisories on Tropical Storm Guillermo located more than 2600 miles 
east of Hilo, Hawaii. Guillermo is forecast to move into the Central 
Pacific Hurricane Center area of responsibility around Friday as a 
tropical depression.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 days.
