For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

The National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida, has issued the 
last advisory on Post-Tropical Cyclone Carlos, centered about 1500 
miles east-southeast of Hilo, Hawaii.  The remnant low is expected 
to reach the Central Pacific Hurricane Center area of 
responsibility Thursday night and then dissipate on Friday.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
