For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

The Central Pacific Hurricane Center in Honolulu is issuing 
advisories on Hurricane Douglas, which is centered about 610 miles 
east-southeast of Hilo, Hawaii. Douglas is moving toward the 
west-northwest about 20 mph. 

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 days.
