For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical 
Storm Douglas, located a little more than 1800 miles east-southeast 
of Hilo, Hawaii.  Douglas is expected to move into the Central 
Pacific Hurricane Center area of responsibility early Friday.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclone formation is expected during the 
next 5 days.
