For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

Shower activity continues to diminsh in association with an area of
low pressure about 1100 miles southeast of Hilo, Hawaii. This system
is moving west-northwestward near 10 mph into unfavorable
environmental conditions, and tropical cyclone formation is becoming
less likely.
