DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 800 AM PDT (1500 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Ten-E
was located near latitude 13.7 North, longitude 134.0 West. The
depression is moving toward the north-northwest near 3 mph (6 km/h).
A gradual turn to the northwest then west at a slow forward speed 
is expected over the next couple of days.  
 
Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. 
Little change in strength is forecast during the next few days, and 
the depression could become a remnant low during that time.
 
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1006 mb (29.71 inches).
