DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 800 PM PDT (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Ten-E
was located near latitude 14.2 North, longitude 131.0 West. The
depression is moving toward the west near 5 mph (7 km/h).  A slow
west-southwestward motion is forecast to begin later tonight or on 
Friday. The system is forecast to drift northwestward over the 
weekend. 
 
Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts.
Little overall change in strength is forecast during the next day 
or two. 
 
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches).
