Barksdale AFB, Louisiana, recently reported a sustained wind of 
40 mph (65 km/h) and a wind gust of 52 mph (83 km/h).

This will be the last hourly position update issued on Laura. The 
intermediate advisory will be issued at 100 PM CDT (1800 UTC).
