Based on this data, a special advisory is being issued with the initial intensity increased to 55 kt. There has been a slight upward adjustment of the forecast intensity through 24 hours to account for the initial wind speed. However, the remainder of the forecast reasoning remains unchanged, and no changes were made to the track for this advisory.
