At 200 AM PDT (0900 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Celia was
located near latitude 20.3 North, longitude 135.8 West. Celia is
moving toward the west-northwest near 13 mph (20 km/h). A turn
toward the west is expected on Friday.

Maximum sustained winds are near 50 mph (85 km/h) with higher gusts.
Weakening is forecast, and Celia is likely to become a tropical
depression tonight, and degenerate into a remnant low by Friday
night.

Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 125 miles (205 km)
from the center.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1000 mb (29.53 inches).
