DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK

At 800 PM PDT (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Eleven-E
was located near latitude 24.5 North, longitude 124.5 West. The
depression is moving toward the northwest near 21 mph (33 km/h).  A
motion toward the northwest or west-northwest is expected during
the next couple of days.

Maximum sustained winds remain near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher
gusts.  Weakening is expected, and the depression is forecast to
become a remnant low later tonight.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1005 mb (29.68 inches).
