DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK

At 800 AM PDT (1500 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Eleven-E
was located near latitude 18.5 North, longitude 115.9 West. The
depression is moving toward the northwest near 17 mph (28 km/h), and
this general motion is expected to continue for the next couple of
days.

Maximum sustained winds remain near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher
gusts.  Some fluctuations in strength are possible today, followed
by steady weakening tonight and on Monday.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1003 mb (29.62 inches).
