THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NEAR 8 MPH...13 KM/H. THE
SYSTEM SHOULD SLOW ITS FORWARD SPEED DURING THE NEXT DAY OR TWO AND
IS LIKELY TO MAKE LANDFALL IN SOUTHERN MEXICO IN ABOUT A DAY.
