MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 24 MPH...39 KM/H...AND IS EXPECTED
TO ACCELERATE TOWARD THE NORTHEAST AND EAST-NORTHEAST THROUGH
TONIGHT.  A TURN TOWARD THE EAST WITH A DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED
IS FORECAST BY THURSDAY NIGHT.
