BEEN MOVING EASTWARD AT 2 MPH...4 KM/H...DURING THE PAST FEW HOURS. 
A SLOW AND ERRATIC MOTION IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT DAY OR
SO...AND RAYMOND COULD MOVE CLOSER TO THE COAST OF MEXICO WITHIN
THE HURRICANE WARNING AREA TONIGHT AND TUESDAY. A SLOW MOTION
TOWARD THE WEST IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN ON WEDNESDAY.

INCHES WITH ISOLATED AMOUNTS UP TO 12 INCHES OVER THE MEXICAN STATES
OF GUERRERO AND MICHOACAN. THESE RAINS COULD PRODUCE LIFE-
THREATENING FLASH FLOODS AND MUDSLIDES.
 
WIND...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO BEGIN IN PORTIONS
OF THE WARNING AREA TONIGHT OR EARLY TUESDAY. HURRICANE CONDITIONS

TUESDAY IF THE CENTER OF RAYMOND MOVES CLOSER TO THE COAST THAN

COASTAL FLOODING IN AREAS OF ONSHORE FLOW WITHIN THE WARNING AREAS.
