WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 13.4 NORTH...LONGITUDE 100.8 WEST OR ABOUT
250 MILES...400 KM...SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF ACAPULCO MEXICO AND ABOUT
450 MILES...725 KM...SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF MANZANILLO MEXICO.
 
THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 14 MPH...23 KM/HR...
AND THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS
WITH SOME DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED POSSIBLE ON WEDNESDAY.  ON THIS
TRACK THE DEPRESSION IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN SOUTH OF MEXICO.  
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 35 MPH...55 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  THIS SYSTEM COULD BECOME A TROPICAL STORM LATER TODAY AND IS
EXPECTED TO SLOWLY STRENGTHEN DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.
