STORM WATCH FOR SOUTHERN BAJA CALIFORNIA...SOUTH OF AGUA BLANCA ON
THE WEST COAST AND SOUTH OF BUENAVISTA ON THE EAST COAST.  THIS
MEANS THAT TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE WITHIN THE NEXT
24 HOURS.

EUGENE IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 15 MPH
