OPHELIA IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 26 MPH...42 KM/HR...AND
THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE WITH AN ADDITIONAL INCREASE IN
FORWARD SPEED DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS.  THIS MOTION SHOULD BRING
