A TROPICAL STORM WARNING MEANS THAT TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED WITHIN THE WARNING AREA WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS.

SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF CAPE HATTERAS NORTH CAROLINA.
 
OPHELIA IS NEARLY STATIONARY AND A VERY SLOW NORTHWESTWARD MOTION IS
EXPECTED TODAY.
