FLORIDA FROM SEBASTIAN INLET NORTHWARD TO FLAGLER BEACH. A TROPICAL
STORM WARNING MEANS THAT TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED

HUNTER OBSERVATIONS INDICATE THAT THE MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE
