185 MILES...300 KM...EAST-NORTHEAST OF CAPE HATTERAS NORTH CAROLINA.
 
THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE EAST-NORTHEAST NEAR 18 MPH
...30 KM/HR...AND THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE WITH SOME
INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED TODAY.  THIS MOTION WILL BRING THE
