DEBBY IS MOVING BETWEEN THE WEST AND WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 18 MPH...
29 KM/HR...AND THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH
TONIGHT AND EARLY WEDNESDAY. ON THIS TRACK...THE CENTER OF DEBBY
