For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

An area of low pressure is expected to form well to the east-
southeast of the Hawaiian Islands by the weekend.  Some gradual
development is possible thereafter while the system moves slowly
west-northwestward.

* Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent
