15 MPH...24 KM/H...AND THIS GENERAL HEADING WITH A DECREASE IN
FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 35 MPH...55 KM/H...WITH HIGHER
