MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 15 MPH...24 KM/H...AND THIS MOTION
IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT.  A TURN TOWARD THE
WEST-NORTHWEST WITH A DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED ON
TUESDAY.
