WEST-NORTHWEST AT A FASTER FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED LATER TODAY...
FOLLOWED BY A TURN TOWARD THE NORTHWEST BY SUNDAY NIGHT.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 40 MPH...65 KM/H...WITH HIGHER
