NEAR 31 MPH ...50 KM/H...AND THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE
DURING THE NEXT DAY OR TWO.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 50 MPH...85 KM/H...WITH HIGHER
