STALLING TONIGHT THEN SHIFTING NW AND GRADUALLY DISSIPATING FRI
THROUGH SAT. A WEAK TROUGH WILL MEANDER ALONG THE TEXAS COAST
AND IMMEDIATE COASTAL WATERS FRI NIGHT THROUGH SUN BEFORE MOVING
