SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

SYNOPSIS FOR THE GULF OF MEXICO

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRES WILL PREVAIL WITH SE RETURN FLOW
DEVELOPING OVER THE W GULF TODAY AND SPREADING E THROUGH THE
DAY. THE HIGH WILL RETREAT EASTWARD WED ENABLING A STRONG COLD
FRONT TO MOVE INTO THE NW WATERS LATE WED NIGHT. STRONG TO GALE
FORCE N WINDS WILL SPREAD BEHIND THE FRONT OVER THE WESTERN GULF
EARLY THU THROUGH FRI NIGHT. THE FRONT WILL REACH FROM CENTRAL
FLORIDA TO THE CENTRAL BAY OF CAMPECHE BY THU...STALLING OVER
THE SE GULF FRI THROUGH SAT.
