.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough extends from near 16N67W to Puerto 
Rico and continues northward into the Atlantic near a cold
front. Related instability will assist in the development of 
scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms over some of the 
forecast waters and nearby island and adjacent waters this
morning. The cold front, presently located to the northwest of 
the forecast waters, should move across the northeastern 
Caribbean Sea during the early part of the weekend. Additional 
instability ahead of this front feature should help to further 
enhance shower and thunderstorm activity over the region Fri into
the weekend. Mainly gentle to moderate trades will prevail 
across the local Atlantic and Caribbean waters, increasing to 
fresh speeds starting late Sat.
