BEGINNING MAY 15 2008 THE TCV PRODUCT WILL BE ISSUED FOR COASTAL 
AREAS OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA FROM LOS ANGELES TO THE UNITED 
STATES/MEXICO BORDER.  BREAKPOINTS ARE PROVIDED AT /USE LOWER 
CASE LETTERS/:

THE TCV IS ISSUED BY THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER.  IT 
SUMMARIZES ALL NEW...CONTINUED AND CANCELED TROPICAL CYCLONE 
WATCHES AND WARNINGS. THE TCV IS ISSUED AT APPROXIMATELY 
03...09...15 AND 21 COORDINATED UNIVERSAL TIME FOR SPECIAL 
ADVISORIES IF WATCHES OR WARNINGS ARE POSTED...CHANGED OR 
CANCELED AND FOR IMMEDIATE ADVISORIES IF WATCHES OR WARNINGS ARE 
CANCELED.  A DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT AND AN EXAMPLE OF THE
