For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

An elongated area of low pressure located about 1050 miles east-southeast of the Hawaiian Islands continues to produce disorganized showers activity. Development of this disturbance is not expected since upper-level winds are becoming more unfavorable. The low is forecast to move slowly westward or over the next several days and gradually weaken. A large low pressure system is centered about 1800 miles east-southeast of the Hawaiian Islands. During the past several hours, shower and thunderstorm activity has increased and become more concentrated near the center of the low.
