For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

A non-tropical low pressure system located about 350 miles south-southeast of Halifax, Nova Scotia, continues to produce gale-force winds and disorganized showers and thunderstorms. This low is unlikely to acquire tropical cyclone characteristics due to unfavorable environmental conditions. Little motion of this system is expected during the next couple of days while it interacts with an upper-level low and an approaching cold front. A small area of low pressure located about 750 miles east-northeast of Bermuda is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms.
