THE POST-TROPICAL CYCLONE IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 15 MPH...24 KM/H...AND THIS GENERAL HEADING WITH A DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
