THESE RAINS WILL BRING ISOLATED STORM TOTAL AMOUNTS TO AS MUCH AS 20 INCHES...ESPECIALLY OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN. THESE RAINS ARE LIKELY TO RESULT IN LIFE-THREATENING FLASH FLOODS AND MUDSLIDES.
