HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED.

SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS...NORTHWEST LOUISIANA...EAST TEXAS...AND
EXTREME SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA.

TROPICAL STORM WARNINGS ARE NO LONGER IN EFFECT ACROSS NORTHWEST
AND NORTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS NORTH CENTRAL
LOUISIANA UNTIL 7 AM FRIDAY.

AT 3 PM CDT...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION ISAAC WAS LOCATED
NEAR LATITUDE 32.7N...LONGITUDE 92.6W. THIS WAS ABOUT 70 MILES
NORTH NORTHEAST OF NATCHITOCHES LOUISIANA...OR ABOUT 40 MILES WEST
NORTHWEST OF MONROE LOUISIANA. STORM MOTION WAS NORTH NORTHWEST OR
335 DEGREES AT 12 MPH. STORM INTENSITY WAS 35 MPH.

.SITUATION OVERVIEW...
WINDS ASSOCIATED WITH ISAAC HAVE DECREASED TO BELOW TROPICAL STORM
STRENGTH...BUT WILL CONTINUE TO BE GUSTY THROUGH TONIGHT.

.PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
CONTINUE TO HEED THE ADVICE OF LOCAL OFFICIALS AS THEY CONDUCT
RESCUE AND RECOVERY EFFORTS. WAIT FOR THE ALL CLEAR SIGNAL BEFORE
RE ENTERING EVACUATION ZONES OR ANY AREA THAT RECEIVED SIGNIFICANT
DAMAGE OR FLOODING.
