TROPICAL STORM COLIN MOVED ONSHORE IN THE BIG BEND AREA AND IS NOW LOCATED EAST OF THE AREA. GIVEN IMPACTS WITH THE STORM ARE CONFINED TO THE EASTERN SIDE...IMPACTS ACROSS THE BIG BEND AREA ARE NO LONGER EXPECTED. TROPICAL STORM WARNINGS FROM INDIAN PASS TO THE SUWANEE RIVER HAVE BEEN CANCELLED.
