ON THIS FORECAST TRACK, THE CENTER OF HURRICANE MATTHEW WILL MOVE NEAR OR OVER THE EAST CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST COASTS OF FLORIDA TONIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT, AND NEAR OR OVER THE COASTS OF GEORGIA AND SOUTH CAROLINA ON SATURDAY.
