COASTAL FLOODING WILL STILL POSE A RISK TO PROPERTY, PARTICULARLY AROUND THE TIMES OF HIGH TIDE MONDAY LATE MORNING-EARLY AFTERNOON AND MONDAY NIGHT. MINOR TO MODERATE TIDAL FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO OCCUR ALONG THE OCEAN-FRONT, BACK BAYS, AND THE DELAWARE BAY, A REASONABLE WORST CASE SCENARIO IS FOR MORE WIDESPREAD MODERATE TIDAL FLOODING TO OCCUR, BUT WITH THE HERMINE REMAINING WELL OFFSHORE, MAJOR COASTAL FLOODING IS NOT EXPECTED.
