TROPICAL CHARACTERISTICS WHILE MOVING ACROSS MISSOURI. ISACC IS IN
THE PROCESS OF MERGING WITH A FRONTAL ZONE AND ITS EXTRATROPICAL
CIRCULATION WILL CONTINUE MOVING EAST THROUGH THE MIDDLE
MISSISIPPI VALLEY THROUGH TONIGHT AND THEN INTO THE OHIO VALLEY ON
SUNDAY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 20 MPH...30 KM/H...WITH HIGHER
