TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Depression Twelve-E, located well east-southeast of the Hawaiian
Islands.

1. Cloudiness and thunderstorms associated with a low pressure area
located several hundred miles south-southwest of the coast of
southwestern Mexico are slowly becoming better organized.
Environmental conditions are conducive for additional development of
this system, and a tropical depression is likely to form in a couple
of days while the low moves west-northwestward at 10 to 15 mph.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...medium...40 percent
* Formation chance through 5 days...high...80 percent

Public Advisories on Twelve-E are issued under WMO header WTPZ32
KNHC and under AWIPS header MIATCPEP2.  Forecast/Advisories are
issued under WMO header WTPZ22 KNHC and under AWIPS header
MIATCMEP2.
