For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane 
Franklin, located several hundred miles south-southwest of Bermuda, 
and on Tropical Depression Ten, located near the Yucatan Peninsula 
of Mexico.

1. Central Tropical Atlantic (AL92):
Shower and thunderstorm activity has diminished somewhat near a 
trough of low pressure located about 1000 miles east-southeast of 
Bermuda. Environmental conditions are forecast to become 
increasingly unfavorable, and this system's development prospects 
continue to decrease as it moves slowly northwestward to 
north-northwestward over the central subtropical Atlantic over the 
next couple of days.

2. Eastern Tropical Atlantic:
A tropical wave is forecast to move off the west coast of Africa in 
a couple of days. Some slow development of this system is possible 
later this week while the system moves westward across the eastern 
tropical Atlantic.

* Formation chance through 7 days...low...20 percent.
