For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

Active Systems: 
The National Hurricane Center has issued the last advisory on 
Post-Tropical Cyclone Blas, located a few hundred miles southwest of 
the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula, and is issuing 
advisories on Tropical Depression Celia, located a few hundred miles 
south of the coast of southeastern Mexico.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
