For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

An area of disturbed weather has formed just west of the coasts of
Costa Rica and Nicaragua.  Environmental conditions are forecast to
be generally conducive for additional development for a couple of
days thereafter as the system moves west-northwestward to
northwestward near the coast of Central America and southeastern
Mexico.
