For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

A small low pressure system located a couple of hundred miles
south of southeastern Mexico is producing widespread cloudiness
and disorganized showers over much of the Gulf of Tehuantepec,
southeastern Mexico, and Guatemala.  Environmental conditions are
expected to gradually become more conducive for development over
the next few days while the system moves slowly west-northwestward
or westward.
