For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

An area of low pressure associated with widespread, disorganized
showers and thunderstorms has formed a couple hundred miles south of
southeastern Mexico.  Environmental conditions are expected to be
conducive for gradual development over the next few days while the
system moves slowly west-northwestward or westward.
