For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Atlantic
basin Hurricane Otto, located inland over extreme southern
Nicaragua. Otto is forecast to move into the eastern North Pacific
basin as a tropical cyclone tonight.

Elsewhere, tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the
next 5 days.
