For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Atlantic
basin Hurricane Otto, currently located over the southwestern
Caribbean Sea just east of the Nicaragua-Costa Rica border. Otto is
forecast to cross Central America and move into the eastern North
Pacific basin as a tropical cyclone later tonight or on Friday.

Elsewhere, tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the
next 5 days.
