For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

A broad area of low pressure located several hundred miles south-
southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula
continues to produce a concentrated cluster of showers and
thunderstorms, but there are no signs of a closed surface wind
circulation.  Some slow development of this disturbance is possible
during the next several days while it moves generally westward at
15 mph.
